Interested in interviewing to train with Actors Conservatory?  Complete this initial screening form and, if you appear to be appropriate for our program, someone will get back to you to set-up an interview.

This application may be submitted on-line for the year-round cycle only.  Please print and submit the Summer Intensive Program 2004 Application (pdf) or (doc) to apply for the Summer Intensive Program.

Once we receive your application, we will call you for an interview. Note: ALL classes and interviews are held in our New York facilities. For Summer Intensive, out of town students may do a phone interview.
