Bio:

Mary Gambardella

Mary Gambardella's background in modern dance includes performances with the Jose Limon Dance Company, Anna Sokolow's Players' Project, Lotte Goslar's Pantomime Circus and Chen and Dancers at the Joyce Theatre, City Center, the 92nd Street Y, DTW, the Kennedy Center and internationally at arts festivals in Mexico, Germany, Taiwan and Hong Kong. She is also versed in the social dances with a specialty in Argentine Tango having participated in the Congreso 2002 in Buenos Aires. Mary has taught modern dance at New York University, ballroom dance for the School of American Ballet summer program and is currently a teaching artist with American Ballroom Theatre. As a choreographer she directed the Washington Square Repertory Dance Company at NYU and co-directs Chuck & Mary's Dance Cafe.
